Friedrich Dick Double Edged Sticking Knife

Traditionally used by butchers for the bleeding of large animals, this double-edged sticking knife has found great popularity with hog hunters the world over. The long 8" blade features a keen, aggressive edge on both sides of the blade to effortlessly pierce the target. The stout oval guard and textured handle provide a firm and secure grip even in wet conditions, and the guard does not get in the way significantly if used for utility work. The bright blue handle does not burn the eyes like fluorescent orange, but is just as--perhaps more--visible if dropped in the woods and alerts hunting companions to the fact that you have the knife in hand. The polished high-carbon stainless blade resists corrosion and the injection-molded handle eliminates nooks and crannies that could harbor bacteria. A highly functional knife!
